In this video, we’re taking a look at how owners and managers add work assignments for their staff using AERO Workflow app. We’ll focus on the tools available on the Manage tab for creating work assignments for staff.
Let’s assume your company has installed AERO and your staff have been trained how to log in and enter their time on the Add Work screen. Now you’d like to set up work assignments for your staff so that their work is performed consistently, and you give your employees the resources they need to complete the task, and so that you can track the status and time associated with assigned work.
The video will show you how to add assigned work a few different ways:
- We’ll create a new activity from scratch.
- We’ll duplicate an activity from another one.
- And we’ll save an activity in the Template Library for future use.
